I’m a Revathi Surapaneni, a Canadian Certified, University of Toronto trained Physician Assistant passionate about enhancing primary care and preventative medicine. With experience in primary care, emergency medicine, and pediatrics, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting healthcare providers in delivering patient-centered care.
Whether it’s assisting with patient care including procedural clinics or back office support including managing inboxes and EMR messages, conducting chart audits, I’m here to streamline workflows and help physicians focus on what matters most: their patients.

Inbox and Message Management
A flexible, customizable service to manage your inbox, handle incoming results, process prescription renewals, and follow up with patients—tailored to your practice protocols. Critical results are flagged and communicated directly to you or your locum as per our set guidelines. Enjoy the peace of mind knowing your inbox is expertly managed as per your set guidelines.
Patient Forms
A service to manage patient forms such as Disability Tax Credit, insurance, WSIB, VAC, and ODSP/OW forms. Paperwork is handled remotely, with patient contact as needed to ensure accuracy. For in-person assessments, a clinical day can be arranged at your location. Rest easy knowing your forms are processed efficiently and tailored to your practice’s needs.
Pap and Procedural Clinics
A service to support your practice with minor procedures, including female-led pap clinics, cryotherapy, skin checks, lesion biopsy and removal, I&D, and IUD removal. These services will be performed right in your clinic with all necessary materials provided. Perfect solution if you are dealing with a busy schedule or long waitlists. Happy to step in on a regular or as-needed basis to help lighten the load.
Patient Chart & Preventive Care Audits
Ensure nothing is missed with a thorough audit of patient charts. We review and update documentation, recommend essential screenings and tests, such as cancer screenings and vaccinations, and suggest preventative labs. This service can be customized to focus on recommendations or include follow-up actions. Rest easy knowing your patient data is up-to-date and aligned with the latest care guidelines.
